Easy Slowcooker Shredded Chicken

Ingredients
5-6 chicken breasts (approx. 1.5 lbs.), skinless, uncookedsalt and pepper1/4 - 1/2 cup water (omit if chicken is frozen)
Directions
1. lightly salt and pepper chicken
2. place in slow-cooker with water (no water if chicken is frozen)
3. cook on low for approximately 4 hours (or until chicken is cooked through.
DO NOT OVERCOOK CHICKEN
4. remove from slow-cooker and shred with 2 forks.

Serving Size: makes 20 1/2-cup servings (makes approx 10 cups of shredded chicken)
