1 can Lite Coconut Milk2 T brown sugar2 T fish sauce2 T red curry paste1/3 c water
Directions
Combine coconut milk with curry paste. Simmer 5 minutes. Add other ingredients, simmer further 5 minutes. Serve with steamed or stirfry veg, noodles, rice, etc.
