Ingredients
2 small lemon rinds (approx 2 Tbsp)1 large orange rind (approx 2 Tbsp)1 Tbs Cinnamon, ground885 gram(s) Apples, raw, peeled (approx 4 large or 6 small)885 grams Prunes, dried 3/4 cup (6 oz) Manischewitz Concord Grape WineWalnut pieces, optional, to taste
Directions
Layer all ingredients in the order listed in a 5 qt crockpot. Set to low and cook 6 hours. Mash well.

When cool, add optional chopped walnuts (will change nutritional values.)
