Ingredients
700gr lamp's meat100gr lettuce1 green onion100 ml olive oiljuise of one lemon1 egg1 tsp of fennel leaves
Directions
We clean lettuse leaves and meat
In a deep sausepan we put the onion and the oil, and take the sausepan at a light fire.After the onion be yellow we add meat and a cup of water.Aftet 15 min, we add some water again.
when meat become semi- ready we put the lettuce and the fennel and let our meat and lettuce to boil.
After 70-80 min we make the egg-lemon sause and put it in the sausepan carefully
It makes 3 servises
