Ingredients
2.0 cup Half and Half Cream5.0 large Egg Yolk1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.25 cup HoneyPinch of salt
Directions
Warm cream gently over a low flame. Meanwhile beat honey with egg yolks. Slowly add heated cream to egg mixture, beat consistently. Blend in vanilla and salt and pour into individual custard cups. Place the custard cups in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until knife inserted into the custard comes out clean. Chill well. Serving Size: 4 individual ramekins or custard dishes
