italian fish bake

Ingredients
2 fillets of Haddock2 cups of cherry tomatoes (or vine tomatoes if available)New potatoesextra light olive oilbasil2 lemons
Directions
1. take an oven proof dish and put the potaoes, tomatoes and basil in the bottom of it.
2. place the filleted haddock over the top and drizzle with the juice of 2 lemons and the olive oil.
3. bake in the oven for up to an hour or until the potatoes or soft
4. enjoy!
