2 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 serving applesauce (Motts) Original 3 oz cup 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 4 tbsp Bell Plantation Chocoloate PB2 1 serving Body Fortress whey protein chocolate protein powder 37g scoop (by JDOL1028) 16 tsp Splenda 2 oz Almonds - Cocoa Roast 20-24 Whole Almonds -- Emerald - Dark Chocolate Flavor 1 tsp Baking Powder .15 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender (or bullet) mix together all ingredients, except the Almonds. Chop or grind the almonds into course powder, and then dd into mixture. Stirs or blend, and pour into 24 mini muffin wells.
bake 15-20 minutes until done.
Serving Size: Makes 24 mini muffins.
