2 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tbsp Butter, salted .5 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 tbsp Canola Oil
bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes stir and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. cool and store in an air tight container.
