Ingredients
2 large Egg Yolk 100 grams Butter, salted .5 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard .05 cup Lemon Juice
Directions
Melt butter. Put egg yolk with lemon and mustard in a glass bowl over simmering water. Slowly pour butter into egg mix constantly beating until it emulsifies.
