Ingredients
5 oz Shrimp, cooked .25 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato 0.25 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded .5 tsp Emeril's Essence (by EAGLEBIKER38913)
Directions
In a frying pan, melt 1 pat of butter and saute 3 cloves of garlic. When butter is completely melted, add shrimp and Emerel's essence. Flip shrimp after 2-3 minutes, mix in tomato and top with cheese. Cover. Serve when cheese is completely melted (less than 5 minutes)
