250 grams Lentils 1 serving Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g) (by REBECCAF62) 50 grams Carrots, cooked 80 grams Parsnips 35 grams Onions, raw 8 1tsp Sunflower Oil 1 tsp Salt 40 grams Dill weed, fresh 10 grams Garlic
Directions
Boil all the ingredients with salt, smash them and put sunflower oil, dill and chopped garlic after finishing.
