Salad:2 serving Birdseye's Brussel Sprouts-10 brussels sprouts (shredded)1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 4 tbsp Fresh Gourmet Sliced Almonds Toasted 0.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa Cooked(1/4 C dry = 1/2 C) Orange Viniagrette:0.25 oz Orange Juice, Trop 50 Pulp Free 4 tbsp Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil (by MCPORTILLA) 2 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value) 0.12 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tbsp billy bee liquid honey per tbsp (RS) (by ROSEDERALD247)
Directions
Add all the dressing ingredients and wisk together. Set aside.
Add all the salad ingredients to a big bowl. Toss together.
Pour dressing over salad and mix together. Enjoy
