Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, with onions, 1 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Goya, White beans, 1.75 cup (remove)
Directions
Heat non stick spray in a large skillet over medium heat.
saute mushrooms.
Add all other ingredients, and seasonings of choice.
heat through. Serve over pasta or polenta
