Ingredients
.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 4 large Hard Boiled Egg 3 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 4 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives
Directions
Hard boil eggs. Remove seed and skin from avocado. Chuck everything but the chives into the food processor, and spin it to achieve the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread on whole wheat bread or lettuce leaf and sprinkle with chives.
