Ingredients
1-2lbs of red snapper,1 hot pepper,1 large onion 1 stalk of scallion,1 sprig of fresh thyme 1 peg of garlic 1 tomato a pinch of salt ,about 6 seeds of pimento or powder allspice 1ounce of low salt margarine
Directions
dice onion and tomato scallion leave hot pepper whole. Wash fish with lemon or lime and cold water. place fish and all ingreidents in a skillet pour 1 cup of cold waer and simmer for 20 minutes.
