8.0 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin4.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil6.0 cup Brocolli raw1.0 serving Natural Sunbutter2.0 tbsp Tahini6.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)3.0 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava" Organic (1 t)
1. Dice and sauté onion and red pepper in 1tbsp coconut oil.
2. When onion mixture is soft add ground meat and brown. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger and salt.
3. Meanwhile chop brocolli into bite size pieces and add to a large bowl.
4. Mix tahini, sunbutter, vinegar, and coconut sugar to a small bowl and whisk.
5. Add dressing to brocolli reserving about a large tablespoon. Toss to coat.
6. Once beef mixture is cooked add remaining dressing and coat meat.
7. Add meat mixture to brocolli and toss. Cover and refrigerate for a couple hours.
Before eating you can top with cashews and green onion.
Enjoy.
