Crock-pot beef for tacos

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup lime juice2 lbs (about) rump roastsalt, pepper, spices to taste1 onion
Directions
Add all ingredients into covered bowl, marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Spray crockpot with cooking spray, add all ingredients.

Cover with water, broth, or salsa. If using water, you may want to add extra spices.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender and shredding.
