1 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked 1.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 2 cup Spinach, frozen 2.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tsp Garlic 1 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Add defrosted spinach and sauce until hot. Add Egg Beaters. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Cover and cook on low heat until eggs are set. Let cool, then slice and serve.
