Spicy Potato and Cauliflower

Ingredients
* *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp * Cumin Seed (jeera), 2 tsp * Red Onion, 80 gram(s) * Ginger Root, 10 grams * Garlic, 10 grams * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 150 grams * Turmeric Powder (haldi), 1 tsp * Curry Powder (garam masala), 1 tsp * Red Chili Powder, .5 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp * *Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) * Cauliflower, raw, 320 grams * *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields
Directions
Put oil in a pan and put all the spices.
Put onion, ginger and garlic and cook until oil leaves.
Put tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes
Put potatoes and cauliflower
Cover and cook on medium until done
