Boxed Macaroni and Cheese with Chicken and Broccoli

2 large raw chicken breasts, cut into small pieces1.5 cups chopped raw broccoli2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil1 box Kraft or generic macaroni and cheese2 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup fat-free milkGarlic powder and Paprika to taste, or preferred chicken seasonings (optional)
Place the oil, chicken, and seasonings in a skillet and fry on medium heat until chicken is almost cooked through. Add in broccoli, and cook until chicken is cooked. Stir frequently. While chicken is cooking, boil 6 cups water in a large pot. Add macaroni noodles. Boil for 7 to 8 minutes, or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Drain macaroni, do not rinse. Add butter, milk, and Cheese Sauce (from box), mix. Add in chicken and broccoli, mix. Enjoy!
Makes 4 approximately 1.25 cup servings. You can shake things up by using other meats or vegetables, or a frozen veggies.
