Gluten free cheese crackers

Ingredients
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.13 tsp Salt1.5 tbsp Olive Oil0.25 tsp Baking Soda5.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate Bowl mix wet ingredients together. Then mix wet into dry ingredients. On a piece of parchment paper, put dough and then lay another piece of parchment paper over it and roll it out evenly flat with a rolling pin. Then cut into 2-inch squares. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Serving Size: 3 2" crackers
