3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
2 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 5 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mash banana in bowl. Add your eggs and mix. Then add cinnamon, I usually just add to taste and use a bit more. Mix together. Turn burner to low-medium heat and spray pan with non stick spray. Use 1/4 measuring cup to pour each pancake. I usually scoop so batter is just below the top of the measuring cup. Cook pancakes 1-3 mins per side, depending on how hot your pan is. Mine usually cook a little faster. Top with whatever you like and enjoy!!
