Hawaiin Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
3 serving Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks.5 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Ginger, ground .5 fruit Pineapple, fresh, cut into 1 inch pieces1 large Onions, raw, cut into 1 inch pieces74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw, cut into 1 inch pieces.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 3 tbsp Orange Marmalade 1 cup Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 12 skewers (if wooden soak in water for 20 minutes)
Directions
Add chicken to gallon freezer bag. In a small bowl, mix the chicken broth, orange marmalade, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Pour into the freezer bag with the chicken. Marinade in the fridge 2-4 hours. Heat oven 350. Thread chicken pieces alternating with onion, red bell pepper, and pineapple. Brush with olive oil. Cook on foil lined baking sheet or roaster pan about 15-20 minutes until done.
