Cauliflower pizza crust low carb

Ingredients
1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked4.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Nuke a bag of frozen cauliflower florets, kroger version contains 12 oz. Use food processor to break it down until it's paste like. Remove cauliflower from food processor directly onto a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out water. Put cauliflower in bowl and add parmasan and egg. Then add salt to taste, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Mix well. Preheat over to 425 and cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. Form dough into a circle and try to build up a lip. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Then it's done and youth can put toppings on it.
