Salmon and Rice Bowl

Ingredients
100 grams Brown Rice, long grain (cooked)100 grams Pink Salmon (fish) (cooked)3 Quail eggs1 cup Zuccini Squash cubed0.5 carrot Carrots, cubed, cooked 1 clove Garlic 0.5 tsp chilli pepper (fresh)15 grams toasted Sunflower Seeds1tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Fry garlic, chilli, raw courgette, cooked carrot with half tbsp Coconut Oil until courgette is soft. Add rice and heat through. Transfer to serving bowl. Add seeds and flaked cooked salmon.Fry quails eggs in half tbsp oil and add to top the bowl off.
