6 oz Tilapia filet 4 1tsp Canola Oil 0.5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 3 medium (approx 5" dia) Taco Shells
Directions
Warm tacos, fry fish in bread crumbs, seasoned with salt and pepper.
