Ingredients
2.0 oz Chana Besan2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Add water to flour until thin batter consistency add salt and eggs scrambled then add chili. Pour 1/4th of batter on hot skillet and spread until large thin circle. Flip when batter firms.
