8 oz America's Choice 100% Apple Juice 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup Raspberries 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 1 cup Spinach, frozen 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk
Blend well. Add crushed ice if desired.
May add more spinach and flax seed and less apple juice to the next iteration.
