3 Bananas, frozen8 oz nut milk (I use Good Karma Unsweetened Flax milk because it's creamy) 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 scoops of protein powder (I use 1 serving Carb Isopure - Creamy Vanilla, Perfect Zero) 1 cup, chopped Kale
Make sure bananas are peeled and frozen. Blend in a high powered blender.
