Egg Drop Noodle Europian Soup

Ingredients

3 medium potatoes1 medium onion1 medium carrot6 teaspoons of soup bouillon cubes or granules0.5 cups of any kind of noodles1 large raw egg4 tbsp canola or olive oil3 tbsp of fresh parsley or fresh dill
Bring 2 - 2.5 liters of water to boil in the pot
Add cubed raw potatoes (let it cook until half done)
Add 0.5 cups of noodles (or more if you like it thicker)
Add 6 teaspoons of soup bouillon
Meanwhile puree 1 onion and 1 carrot in the food processor and zimmer with canola or olive oil for 5-7 minute
Add a beaten egg
Add zimmered veggies and chopped fresh parsley or dill, cook for another 2-3 minutes
Black pepper (optional)
