Baked Edamame-beans with parmesan and cayenne

2 Cup Edamame, frozen, unprepared 3 1tsp Olive Oil 50 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated 20 grams Flour, white 0.2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Line an ovenproof dish with bakingparchment. Caot in olive oil.
Mix the other ingredients and sprinkle mix over beans, maing sure every bena gets a nice coating.
Bake at 220c for about 25-35 minutes. Stir the beans halfway through.
