Ingredients
2.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour0.12 cup Granulated Sugar0.5 tsp Salt4.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and milk, stir until blended. Let sit for 5 minutes. Melt butter in large frying pan, pour in pancake batter. When bubbles appear on surface, flip pancakes.
