1 cup Potatoes boiled in skins and cubed, or potatoes obrien2 tbs chopped onion2 tbs chopped bell pepper1/2 cup chopped tomatoesMrs.Dash1 tbs EVOO
Directions
in heated non stick pan add oil to hot then add oninons and peppers till onions turn clear.
add potatoes and spice stir to heat
add tomatoes to heat through and serve.
