Chicken Lomein

Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast3 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar2 tsp Cornstarch1 tsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 cube Chicken bouillon 10 oz bag frozen Asian Medley 8 oz Pasta, Linguine or Fettuccine 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Mixed sliced chicken, vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain, coat with a few dashes of sesame oil and soy sauce and set aside. Heat oil in a skillet and stir fry chicken. Heat frozen vegetables in the micro, drain and add to chicken when done. Add linguine mixture to pan. Take hot water add bouillon cube and cornstarch and add to pan and heat till desired thickness.
