Sweet Lamb Curry

2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 100 grams Raisins 600 grams Lamb, Cubed 2 cup Beef stock, home-prepared 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Coriander, ground (by LEGALLYBLONDE81) 1 tsp Cumin (ground) (by IVORYGRL1) 1 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow 4 tbsp Curry powder 1.5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 100 gram Greek Yoghurt, Fat Free (by WECANDOIT2009) 1 serving bilash plain poppadom (approx 9g) (by SIMONB3176)
1. Brown meat.
2. Remove meat. Add onions and herbs and fry.
3. Add curry powder, mustard seeds, and cinnamon.
4. Add stock and apples.
5. Re-add meat.
6. Place in oven 1.5 hours.
7. Add tomatoes and raisins and leave 30 mins.
8. Serve with yoghurt and poppadums.
