1 medium Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 3 boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 can of Black Beans, drained canned 50% less sodium S&W1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 1 can of Diced tomatoes and chiles Ro tel canned 1 can of Rosarita Enchilada Sauce 4 cups chicken broth Signature kitchens Juice of 1 lime
Put everything in crock pot except lime juice and cook on high for 4 hours. Take chicken breast out and dice and return to pot. Add juice of 1 lime, stir and serve.
