2 cup Oats, Quaker 1 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 cup Raspberries 1 cup Blueberries, fresh 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 4 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins 1 Serving(s) Lucoma powder 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 2 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Mash banana first and then add in remaining ingredients Bake 25mins at 360 degrees (add in nuts to replace chocolate chips for a refined sugar free alternative)
