Spinach Lasagne

Ingredients
* Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz (remove) * crushed tomatoes, 6.5 cup (remove) * Garlic, 12 cloves (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove) * *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 12 oz (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp (remove) * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove) * Spinach, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
Directions
Sauce: Saute onions, garlic, basil, oregano to taste, salt if desired. Add 2 cans crushed tomatoes and water to thin to desired thickness.
Layer: sauce, noodles, cottage/spinach mix, parmesan, mozzarella, repeat.
Bake in 350 oven 45 minutes.
