2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Oats, Quaker 4 tbsp no sugar added crunchy peanut butter (peter pan) 2 cup Lactaid 2% Milk 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4.2 gram(s) Vanilla Essence (1 tsp = 4.2g) (by ANAVERAGEJESS)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.

Add more ice for thicker smoothie.
