Baked Oatmeal with Apples and Raisins

2.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 14 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 1.5 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin .5 cup (not packed) Raisins 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients.
3. Spread mixture into an 8x8 square pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly brown on top.
4. Spoon out portions while warm for breakfast, or let cool and cut into snack bars.
