Ingredients
1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned2.0 serving Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh2.0 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise)0.25 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, skim milk1.0 tsp Parsley, dried1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon1.0 cup Blue Crab, canned
Directions
Mix everything except crab. Fold in crab meat. Season with salt & pepper. Make 8 parties. Refrigerate for 1 hr. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 14 min.
