1 cup Raspberries 16 oz Coconut Water (Zico) 11oz 2 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice .5 cup Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Honey
Directions
mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Refrigerate 20 minutes to chill and allow seeds to gel. Stir or shake well before serving. Serve over ice, topped with club soda.
