Ingredients
800.0 gram maris piper potato10.0 gram(s) Rapeseed Oil (Extra Virgin cold pressed) (10ml serving)
Directions
Chop potatoes into chip shop style chunks then dry with kitchen towel. Place on baking sheet then drizzle over the oil. Toss the chips to ensure an even covering with the oil. Bake at 220°c for 25-30 mins
