Ingredients
.5 cup of 1% Milkfat Cottage Cheese (can use lower fat, just calculate difference in calories)1 tbsp of chivesapproximately 10 Reduced Fat Wheat Thin crackers
Directions
Mix cottage cheese and chives. Spoon onto individual Wheat Thin crackers and arrange on tray for appetizer. Or as a snack, just dip the crackers right in and eat!
