24 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g) 1 serving Chobani Greek Yogart- Vanilla 2 tbsp Almond Butter, Nature's Promise Organic Almond Butter Smooth/Unsalted
Directions
Mix well a Chia seeds, Yogurt and Almond Butter in a zipped zip-lock bag night before. Before leaving for work, I cut the corner out of the zip-lock to squeeze the mixture thru on my way to work. When I'm finished with it . I toss the bag. Very little fuss.
