Ingredients
1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 oz Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt 30 grams Oat Bran 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 slice (1 oz) Pastrami 1 serving Cheese- Gouda Smoked Reduced Fat Cheese (1 oz.) (by FRESHSTART275) 1 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp 5 grams Flour, white 50 g Skimmed milk (ml) (UK) 2 grams Sesame Seeds 50 grams Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat
Directions
Mix egg, yogurt, bran and baking powder and create a pie crust.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Add tomato in slices, and layer pastrami and gouda.
In a saucepan heat the flour, add butter and whisk constantly. Add milk to make a bechamel sauce.
Remove from stove, add cottage cheese carefully.
Pour over pie.
Sprinkle with sesame.
