2.5 cup Milk, 1%1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat1.0 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh3.0 tsp Granulated Sugar1.0 cup Great Value Frozen Mixed Berries1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend until it is a nice purple color (from the frozen blueberries). Serving Size: 8 oz.
