3 cup Sprouts Organic Vegetable Broth (Low Sodium) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Simple Truth Refined (by NINTENDOUGH) 2 clove Garlic 1 cup Leeks 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 56.69 grams Asparagus, fresh 4 oz Russet Potatoe Baked (by STILLALIVE) 2 cup Peas, frozen
Saute all veggies (chopped) except for the frozen peas. Once cooked and translucent, add along with remaining ingredients to a Vitamix container and secure lid. Select Variable 1 and turn the machine on, then slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to high. Blend for 6 minutes or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
