Ingredients
.66 cup Pioneer Corn Meal (by CRINISS) .33 cup Flour, King Arthur All Purpose Unbleached White 5lb/2.27gm Bag (.25Cup/30gm) (by LIMASTAR) 1 serving 1 Large Brown Egg (by NORTIZ77) 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil .33 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 450

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl, mix. Add egg and milk, stir. Add vegetable oil and salt (if wanted), mix.

Pour batter into 8X8 baking pan, cook 15-20 minutes at 450
