Keto Parmesan Fish Patties

Ingredients
4lb can of Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in Water, DRAINED (3lbs when drained)1 White Onion, Chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, Chopped8 Large Eggs2 cups great value grated Parmesan cheese Season Salt to taste.
Directions
Combine All ingredients in a large bowl.
Grab about 1/2 cup of the mixture and roll it into a patty.
Place the patties on wax/freezer paper and freeze.

Once frozen, store extra patties in a ziploc freezer bag.

To cook:
lightly grease a pan with olive oil, turn on stove to med./high heat.
Once the oil is hot enough, place the patty in oil, cook for 2-5 minutes on each side.
Patty is done once it is golden brown.
